Caprese Burger, Gorgonzola Burger,
South-of-the-Border Burger

Ingredients:
1 lb of Free Raised® Grass Fed American Beef
Caprese Burger
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp fresh, chopped basil
Gorgonzola Burger
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
South-of-the-Border Burger
1/4 cup canned chipotle peppers in
adobo sauce, chopped
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack or
Chihuahua cheese
1/4 cup fresh, chopped cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
(green onions)
Method:
- Mix the ingredients for the burger
of your choice with 1 pound of Free
Raised® Grass Fed American Beef.
- Divide into 4 patties.
- Grill or pan sauté until meat reaches
desired internal temperature
(3 to 5 minutes per side).
- Serve on your favorite bun and enjoy!
